The Storybox Project At The National Football Museum took place in 2017 and saw the creation of a brand-new creative workshop designed especially for people living with dementia. We worked with the learning team at the NFM to create a unique workshop inspired by football, which has been designed especially for people living with dementia, as well as training their volunteers and staff to run the sessions themselves.
This means that NFM are now able to offer an hour- long workshop which takes participants on an imaginative journey inspired by all things football. Workshops have been delivered in care homes and hospitals across Manchester.
