This programme led by Create Rochdale partners explores how artists and youth workers can work collaboratively to improve cultural education opportunities for diverse young people across Rochdale.
It explores what we can do to remove barriers and bridge gaps between children and creative experiences. It does this by supporting local artists who want to work and co-create with young people. It also supports the team from Rochdale Youth Services to develop the skills and experience of their youth workers and provide opportunities for them to work alongside and learn from artists.
Through collaboration and conversation the programme responds to these needs and provides Rochdale youth workers and artists the opportunity to share their knowledge, skills and experience over a twelve month period.
